The hotel offered a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though spacious with a full-sized bathroom and packed with all the little extras for a pleasant stay, appeared tired. On the bright side, the welcoming service made my boys happy, and the location was ideal for both my travel needs and a five-star Boston experience. The dining experience fell short in terms of timeliness and quality, but I look forward to returning to The Lenox. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
