Really good Stay

separate sinks rainfall shower smooth process

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. That was convenient. Luggage was whisked away from my ride upon arrival. The check-in process was smooth, setting a positive tone for my entire stay.

The rooms were dated and felt worn DOWN, the bathroom especially.

The hotel had complimentary tea and coffee available each morning. Fresh water was supplied in the rooms daily. A good size fridge was also present. The breakfast was very good, with abundant and tasty dishes. I loved that the staff were friendly.

I noticed some slight wear on the furniture in the room. It could use a bit of polish.

I really enjoyed the spacious, clean rooms! The fresh water was a great touch and I appreciated the good size fridge! We had complementary tea and coffee every morning!

The AC was fierce, and I couldn't alter it.

adequate stay downtown

convenient location friendly staff easy access small space no drawers fierce ac

i found the location very convenient. it was central and i could quickly reach many places. newbury street, boylston street, and copley station were very close. the staff was friendly.

the room had a small hanging space. there were no drawers to unpack my belongings. i found it difficult to adjust the fierce ac. also, there was no tea or coffee in the room, but free coffee was available in the lobby daily.
